Leadership can be a lonely place. Where do you go for objective advice or to simply vent? How do you hold yourself accountable for change or achieving personal and organizational goals? What steps do you take to prepare for a difficult conversation or repair a broken relationship?
Ken’s coaching approach provides a safe place for confidential sharing and meaningful dialogue about all of life’s tough circumstances. He uses a combination of empathetic listening, strategic analysis, and supportive accountability to ensure success. Coaching clients complete various assessments early in the process so Ken can help them focus on areas of personal strength and challenge. Then subsequent conversations can tackle strategies for improvement that will make a difference in the leader’s effectiveness.
Group coaching may also be necessary where a team is dysfunctional or struggling with interpersonal relationships. Comparison reports can be generated to show each team member specific areas where their behaviors are very different or similar to their colleagues and offer tips for enhancing how they work together.
